We export your existing data, map fields between systems, clean and de-duplicate records, import them, and check the results so your new platform starts with accurate information.
Launch QA
Before go-live we test forms, automations, integrations, and user access against a launch checklist, then fix anything that does not work as planned.

Setup is a one-time fee, separate from your software subscription, which you pay directly to the provider. Prices start at the amounts shown and scale with complexity, number of tools, and data volume.
Express Setup goes live within 5 business days. Professional Launch goes live within 10 business days.

Absolutely. Many businesses have existing tools, such as CRMs, email platforms, and scheduling apps, that simply do not talk to each other. We audit your existing stack, eliminate redundant tools, and bridge data gaps using custom automations.
What platforms do you work with?
We work across modern CRMs, email marketing tools, billing systems, project management suites, customer support desks, and no-code automation platforms, including Make, Zapier, webhooks, and direct REST APIs. Our partner network covers many of these, and we also work with platforms outside it when they are the right fit.
How much time will this require from my team?

Is the software subscription included in your price?
No. You pay the software provider directly for your subscription. MBH setup is a separate, one-time fee.
